Lawn Maintenance
The Yard Barbours Inc. offers both Commercial and Residential mowing services. Our mowing service includes trimming, edging, blowing and inspecting of irrigation and landscape as wel as services for larger field areas. We also offer services for large field areas.
We trim or edge along the foundation of your home or office, fence lines, trees, flowerbeds, sidewalks and curbs. Our policy is to keep all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, tree rings, beds, window wells and landscape beds free of grass clippings and other debris.
The Yard Barbours Inc. highly trained crews are experienced and able to properly care for your lawn and ensure it always looks its best!
Fertilization
We offer both standard fertilization packages as well as organic fertilizers and treatments. Our fertilization services are available for both residential and commercial properties for the care of turf, trees, shrubs, ornamentals, perennials and annuals.
Both the standard and organic fertilization packages include customized programs designed to specifically address problem areas and the nutrient needs of the individual lawn and/or plants.
Weed Control
Weed control is available for turf, bed and hard surfaces. Organic weed control products are available upon request.
Pest Control
We provide a number of pest control solutions to address problems caused by a variety of pests. Our customers have the option of choosing either standard chemical compounds or organic solutions.

Irrigation Installation and Maintenance
Installation
Expert Irrigation Technicians trained and certified by Rain Bird and Hunter, provide custom design and installation of irrigation systems.
Upon completion of installation, our Irrigation Crew Supervisor will perform a total walk-through with you and show you how to operate your timer and all emergency shut-off valves.
Maintenance
Seasonal Maintenance includes start-up (April), winterization (October), and the maintenance of the system overall.
An Irrigation Specialist will perform a monthly (April – September) adjustment of individual heads and re-programming of the timer to compensate for varying weather conditions. This service will ensure proper water conservation, provide the healthiest environment for your lawn and ensure the irrigation system stays in good repair.
Ornamental Ponds, Water Features, and Aquatic Care
Besides the great visual value of our water features, they provide additional benefits such as sound. The sound has a calming relaxing effect as the waters gently fall. Sound can also provide some privacy nearby streets and noise.

We offer a multitude of choices allowing for complete customization to suit every space and personal preference.
Installation
A specialized crew will provide expert installation and education on your new pond, water garden or fountain. We have a variety of options and choices on water fountains, features and pond designs as well as Koi fish and live plants, which include care and maintenance options.

Our specially trained landscape crews specialize in the custom design, installation and maintenance of all types of landscaping for both residential and commercial customers. We provide a wide selection of annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees. We offer fully customizable plans to suit the needs every customer. From small flowerbeds to elaborate corporate landscape – we do it all!

Hardscape Design and Installation
Our specially trained and certified crews specialize in customizable hardscapes everything from patios, pergolas and retaining walls to comfortable outdoor living spaces.

Seasonal Services
Holiday Lighting and Decoration
We provide holiday lighting and decoration solutions for residential locations as well as commercial. We supply your choice of lights and/or materials, install them and then remove them after January 1st or sooner if you wish. You get to enjoy the holiday décor – we’ll handle all the work!
Prices vary so estimates are necessary.
Snow Removal
Snow Removal includes salt application and is available for residential and commercial locations. Our specialized team has years of experience and we pride ourselves on our safety record. Estimates and insurance information available on request. During the snow season we are available 24hrs a day for service.
Leaf Removal
Leaf removal includes the cost of disposal of leaves and debris.
Speakers Available
Suitable for Corporate Retreats, Civic Clubs and Church Functions. At your location or ours. We provide fun, interactive, informative talks on various aspects of the Green Industry and environmental concerns.
